MyAidKit 1.2 – Meet iPhone Duo!

Hi everyone! MyAidKit 1.2 is here, and this one has a single headline: iPhone Duo support. 📱

Unfold it, and everything sits side by side

Open your iPhone Duo and MyAidKit now uses the extra room. Your medicines and the details of the selected medicine appear next to each other, so you can browse a kit and check an expiration date without jumping between screens. Tap another medicine in the list and its details update right beside it.

Folded, it still feels at home

Fold the Duo and you get the familiar compact layout: your lists, your kits, and everything you already know.

MyAidKit on the folded iPhone Duo cover display. The home screen lists Expiring Soon (7), What Do I Take For...?, Shopping List (2) and Archive, followed by the My Kits section with Home (3), Car (2), Kids (1) and Travel (1).

Kit colors in the sidebar, on wide iPhone screens too

Every kit has its own color, and the gradient now also shows in the sidebar on wide iPhone screens, not just on iPad. Your Home kit looks like your Home kit wherever you open it.

Easier reading at the largest text sizes

If you use the largest accessibility text sizes, the content of each medicine row now stacks vertically. A medicine's name and info stay easy to read instead of getting squeezed.

What's next

Thank you for using MyAidKit. We're already working on the next update. If something feels rough on your device, or something's missing, tell us. Your feedback shapes what we build.
